


Overview:
Customers expect more from the brands they love now. They want to interact, be rewarded, and express themselves. GameHouse was determined to provide an experience that would fulfill these desires. With a refreshed brand and website, GameHouse had the foundation in place to deliver a site that players would want to return to everyday.
Challenge:
Build a meta-game experience on GameHouse.com to drive repeat visits and user engagement.
Solution:
I worked closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to define and launch GameHouse Rewards. With GameHouse Rewards, players are rewarded for everything they do on GameHouse.com – logging in, playing & buying games, renewing their subscription, sharing, and more. For every action players earn points which increase their site level, while GameHouse Coins and badges are awarded for specific activities. Players can show off their rank, reputation and achievements as they progress, while also redeeming their coins on game discounts and gift certificates, like Amazon Gift Cards. The program centers around the concept “the more you play, the more you win.”
My contribution included defining product requirements with product management, developing wireframes, leading a design team in finalizing all UI elements and screen designs, coordinating implementation between design and development, and driving the go-to-market launch plan and deliverables.
