I conceived the idea of a toolbar that would live persistently at the bottom of a player’s browser as they traverse the experience, providing quick access to their GameHouse Rewards information without being too intrusive.

A designer on my team with incredible illustration skills created custom badges that were fun and on-brand. They became collectible items like scout patches that everyone wanted to earn and show off. This became a successful marketing tool which we tied in to special game releases and promotions.

We created a GameHouse Rewards hub to help promote the new features.
