With a catalog consisting of 1,000+ games and new ones releasing every day, it can be challenging to highlight specific titles and deliver the revenue targets to attract and retain top game developers as well as distribution partners.
Develop a marketing plan that would drive awareness and sales for major new releases on partners’ games channels.
Marketing premium games required premium service. First, I helped establish a process whereby the marketing team previewed new releases with game producers to understand key features and selling points. In addition, through advanced coordination with the client management team, we were able to secure additional promotional placements with distribution partners. Next, I created a comprehensive marketing package for these major new releases which included pre-orders, email marketing campaigns, custom landing pages and banner ads, and cross-selling previous installments.
